Today’s Trivia Question: What is main material makes up glass?  

 

The lunch menu for today is Bosco sticks with sauce or salad bar or deli selection, broccoli with cheese sauce, assorted fruit and milk.


Girl Scout Troop 60225 is seeking donations for Back To The Wild.  Some of the items they are collecting are Dawn, Windex, Freezer Bags, Paper Towels and money.  Money donations are to be handed in to the main office. Collection boxes are in the science rooms.


Monday, April 24, 2017, is the last day for Penny Wars.  The Edison Middle School Student Council representatives are in the gym first thing in the morning to assist you. Silver coins like nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars, dollar coins and paper dollar bills all subtract, while pennies will add. The grade that has the most amount of pennies will be rewarded with a Make Your Own Sundae event. And that isn’t a small sundae either.  


The Teacher Apple Award forms are to be handed in today to the office.   Extra forms are in the office.


Attention Future Track Athletes: Please don’t forget The Charger mini track meet forms are due today.  Extra forms are in the main office.  If there are any questions contact the high school athletic office.  


Attention Students: As the weather gets warmer you are reminded that you need to make sure that you comply with the school dress code. Shorts and skirts must be longer than fingertip length with your arms extended by your side. Holes are not permitted in clothes, and sleeves must be worn also.

 

The answer for today’s trivia question is that glass is mainly made up of sand.
